What data we process and why

We process the data you give us when you contact us by email — for example, to ask for information about the congress or to be notified when registration opens — solely to deal with your request. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, your relationship with ENERCLUSTER as an attendee, speaker or sponsor.

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by law. It will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

ENERCLUSTER guarantees that personal data is processed with security measures that prevent its loss, tampering or unauthorised access, and that it will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the postal address above or to info@enercluster.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
